Founder of JBA and executive aviation professional with over 25 years of experience, including 23 years with a leading executive aviation company (NetJets Europe).
Marco brings a global network across operators and flight departments, developed over decades in international, high-responsibility environments. As an independent Jet Charter Advisor, he acts as a single point of contact, offering a pragmatic, transparent, and solution-oriented approach.
Fluent in Italian, English, Portuguese, and German.
Charter Broker & Flight Support
Charter broker with over 18 years of experience in private business aviation, Providing a deep understanding of aircraft operations, flight support, and all related aviation services.
This long-term operational background allows Olga to anticipate client needs, manage complex missions, and deliver reliable, end-to-end solutions.
Olga holds a degree in Aviation Computer Technologies and Flight Information Support from the Flight State Academy of Ukraine and is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Marketing & Advertising
Francisco Chaves Bonagura is part of JBA’s communication and brand development team.
With a degree in Marketing and Advertising, he supports JBA’s communication,
digital presence and brand positioning, bringing a modern and strategic perspective to the company’s growth.
Working closely with the founder, he contributes innovation, market awareness and a dynamic mindset aligned with JBA’s values of discretion, clarity and
